It brings us great sadness to inform you of the passing of longtime NVPS member, Bill Prosser. Bill passed away while on a photo tour in China with his wife, Ann.

Bill was a wonderful photographer, active competitor and teacher who made many contributions to NVPS. He cared deeply about helping novice photographers and did everything he could to help them. He was the originator and managed the portfolio project. He had also received many awards and he was well respected by all who knew him. We will miss Bill greatly and we wish his family our deepest sympathies.

We will be celebrating Bill’s life Sunday, October 13 from 1 – 4 at his home at 6817 Lemon Road in McLean.
