Instructions for completing the forms and how to signup for volunteer positions are contained in the section “What to do.” The Nature Exhibit form should be e-mailed to Georgette Grossman and the Open Exhibit form to Melanie Marts prior to submitting your entries. Georgette’s and Melanie’s e-mail addresses are provided. A signed copy of the form(s) should be brought with your prints when you turn them in. To enter you must be an NVPS member in good standing, i.e., current year’s dues paid and volunteer for at least one of the volunteer shifts.
