Competition
Every month our club members bring out their best work to compete. Judges are asked to critique and place each image. Our judges include working professionals that come from varying fields of Photography. Judges are invited to have dinner with members of the club before the competition. Watch for notices in FotoFax and on the NVPS Miscellaneous Announcement List to determine whether a particular judge has accepted the invitation.

To obtain a user name and password for the competition upload, please contact competitionsupport "at" nvps.org. If you experience any problems with the upload, you must contact us prior to the competition cut off time. You can email your images to us for upload, but we must receive them before the competition cut off time.

Tom Burden and Melanie Marts, co-VP's of Competition, are pleased to host Corey Hilz as competition judge for End-of-Year. Those of you who competed digitally, if you gave permission, your images will be entered for judging. The collected print images will be judged on May 23rd. All awards will be announced at the dinner. more
