May 14, 2011 - Field Trip : NVACC Abstracts Exhibit at the Joseph Miller Center for the Photographic Arts

Joseph Miller has graciously invited our club to his Center for the NVACC Abstracts Exhibit. The gallery also contains a large collection of Freeman Patterson prints. Joe's property contains a pond, a stream (Lick Branch), old woods, and occasional visitors such as Canada Geese, squirrels, wild turkeys, wood ducks, and deer.

The Center is open from 10:00 - 4:00, but if you would like to carpool, I will be taking riders from the Stone Road Park and Ride in Centreville, Virginia at noon (after lunch). This is very easy access to from I-66, just take exit 52 onto 29 S. (Lee Highway) and take the second right into the parking lot.

- Take Exit 47B onto 234 N.(Sudley Rd.) and continue for 6 miles.

- Turn left on Catharpin Road
