Five NVPS photographers had images hung at the Waterford Fair October 7-9 in Waterford, VA. Roger Lancaster won the top prize in the “Best Loudoun Photograph” category with his photograph of the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Bluemont, VA. This prize carried a cash award of $500 presented by Loudoun Now. In addition Roger won a yellow ribbon third place award in the Still Life category. Judy Guenther received a blue ribbon and cash award for first place in the “Architecture” category as well as a yellow ribbon for third place. Willa Friedman was awarded one red and one white ribbon. Bob Friedman and Wayne Guenther also had images in the exhibit.
