Join NVPS for an educaional even on he use of digial ediing ools, ore wih a focus on he Phooshop Creaive Suie (CS3 &CS4). As he worshop ile implies, his is a wo par educaional session.

Yin: he firs par of he evening will be helping new members wih basic image preparaion for compeiion and helping inermediae members opimize heir preparaion echnique–sizing, roaing, assigning profiles, bi deph conversion, saving and uploading o he clubs websie.

Yang: he second par will focus on creaive ways o suppor he NVPS compeiion heme of “Opposies”.  Examples of digial ediing echniques will be demonsraed o show you how o creae opposies. Techniques such as monage, masing and oher layer echniques will be demonsraed and you can follow along! We’ll also discuss ideas for images ha can you simply be capured in camera, wihou he use of digial ediing echniques.

Members are welcome o bring heir own lapops (on baery power) and follow along wih eiher secion of he worshop. Don’ worry if you don’ have a lapop; will be sample images and insrucions you can download from he websie and ry he echniques on your own afer he worshop. For hose members who do bring heir lapop, will be sample images posed o he websie he wee before he worshop.
