While Brian generally lightly edits his images, he uses many Lightroom and Photoshop plugins to speed his workflow and polish his images. During the evening, Brian will demonstrate some of the popular as well as some of the lesser known plugins for Lightroom and Photoshop and discuss when and how to incorporate them into your workflow.

Biography

Brian’s love of the outdoors and photography as well as an aptitude for computer technology have morphed into a passion, some would say obsession, for capturing the elegance and majesty of the unique landscapes, wildlife, and flora of the United States. His images are in private residences and have been used for promotional and corporate publications. While Brian has traveled extensively throughout the United States, he favors the West, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeastern states. He has been teaching and leading workshops, field trips, and classes for the School of Creative Photography, working one-on-one with photographers, and speaking to camera clubs, schools, and other non-profits for over eight years. He recently reached a milestone: He taught Lightroom to his 500th student. Brian shoots with Nikon Fuji cameras and lenses and manages his digital workflow using a MacBook Pro, with most of his images being lightly edited using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and various plug-ins.
