On April 30, 2013, Co-Vice President of Competition, Mike Kane, will present an overview of basic printing techniques for color and black & white printing. Using Adobe Lightroom 4 and Adobe Photoshop CS6, Mike will walk through his workflow process for preparing an image for printing and all the steps and considerations one must resolve in order to produce a high quality photographic print. He will also discuss paper selection, mat selection and final print presentation.
