Members News for Laura Howell
Laura Howell had 3 images chosen by the Ivy Creek Foundation - "Celebrating the Nature of Virginia Photography Contest". All 3 received awards in their respective categories: Birds - "Blue Heron #1", 2nd Place, Landscapes - "Wintergreen", Honorable Mention and Art in Nature - "Meadowlark Reflection #2", 1st Place. The images will be on display in the First Friday Exhibit at the Paramount Theater, 215 East Main St., Charlottesville, VA on Friday October 2nd and will be presented in a digital slideshow shown at the Paramount on Friday, October 9th prior to the fundraising event "Photographing Nature's Giants: Nick Nichols of National Geographic.
