November 8th, 2011 - Workshop: Photo Printing Techniques with Shelley Miller

Shelley Miller is a photographer and a designer specializing in portrait, wedding and children photography. With studios in Winchester VA and offices in Sterling, Shelley's background in design, combined with her photography experience, enables her to see things in a unique and different way. However, she believes that being creative is only a part of the process. The true art remains in mastering the camera and a dedication to ongoing education.

She has taught design and graphics at NOVA Community College, and her photographs have been featured in several magazines and journals, including Elan Magazine. In November of 2010, one of her photographs was featured in Professional Photography magazine as part of their annual cover contest. She is an active member of Wedding and Portrait Photographers International (WPPI) and the Professional Photographers Association (PPA).

Shelley has been a judge in numerous photo competitions and has presented workshops on printing and other photography related topics throughout the metro area. Her website can be viewed at www.shellpix.com.
