Meadowlark Gardens in Vienna that is part of the Northern Virginia Parks will open their gates to all interested photographers and others at 6AM on Sunday Sep 11 and on Saturday Oct 15. Cost is $2.50 to 5.

Normally the grounds do not open until 10AM which is a little late for photographers. Link below. You can then open up events
