On Friday, August 1st, 2014 Washington ArtWorks will open “Around the World: The Art of Travel”, a juried gallery exhibition in the second floor gallery to display the beauty of our world, from all countries and continents. Photography, painting, mixed media and more will be considered for this exhibition. “Travel” will be juried by acclaimed photographer Alexander Vasiljev, and cash prizes will be awarded for 1st 3rd place entries. $200, first place – $100, second place – $50, third place.
