Get out your zoom lenses and get ready for some wildlife photography at a club favorite, Huntley Meadows Park in Alexandria, Virginia! With woodland trails, boardwalks through wetlands and an observation deck this local gem allows you to view various forms of wildlife, including abundant waterfowl. At this time of year there should be a lot of ducks and geese and hopefully some ducklings, goslings and mammals such as otter, beaver and muskrat. There are also some landscape photography opportunities. For those interested, we will meet back in the parking lot at 10:15 a.m. and head to McAlister\u2019s Deli (7704 Richmond Highway; opens at 10:30 a.m.) for some food, drink and chat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
