Jeff Hancock has been a detachable lens photographer since 1987.  His first professional gig was for a Surfer in Hawaii who paid him $20 for a roll of film and he\u2019s been underpaid ever since.  He\u2019s now the official photographer for the Office of Historic Alexandria, The Mike O\u2019Meara Show Podcast, Die Laughing Productions, and Dangerboy, a rock and roll cover band.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

None of this pays enough for him to quit his day job in Data Visualization.   He photographs everything in front of him that looks interesting and sometimes seeks out interesting things to stand in front of to make photographs. He\u2019s been a member of NVPS since 2007.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
