\"\"<\/a>Take a trip back in time at the only high wheel race of its kind in the country!  Watch racers on bicycles that have up to a five-foot tall front wheel and a tiny rear wheel as they move through a 0.4 mile course in historic downtown Frederick Maryland at speeds up to 20 mph.  There will be both vintage and reproduction bikes and many racers wear vintage clothing.  There are two qualifying heats and a championship heat along with events between those races.  In addition to photographing the racers and spectators you can take advantage of the many photo opportunities Frederick MD offers by visiting its river walk and shooting the architecture of the historic downtown.  There are also many great restaurants and shops if you would like to make a day of it.
