Bill Prosser’s 2013 Portfolio, “Seaweed Sculptures,” was awarded a Merit Award by Black and White Magazine in their 2013 Portfolio Contest. It will be in the June issue of the magazine. His portfolio was one of 82 winners out of 1008 entries. A color version of the portfolio will be shown on NVPS Portfolio Night May 14th.
