Robin will present a galley of architecture, shadows, reflections, and street photography.

Robin was introduced to photography as part of the curriculum in her work towards her BFA in graphic design. Working her way through college as an assistant in the photo lab she spent many hours helping others with their processing of film and black and white prints. From the very beginning Robin found herself drawn to images of architecture, abstraction and reflections. That continues to be the main focus of her work. Robin is a full-time graphic designer with her own studio, Robin Weisz Design (robinweiszdesign.com). The studio’s focus is on publication design for non-profits and higher education. Robin’s architectural photography has been featured in many publications designed for UCLA.

Originally from New York, Robin has been a full-time resident of Los Angeles for the past 40 years. Fellow NVPS member, and high school classmate, Rena Schild suggested that since the NVPS meetings were now virtual she might be interested in joining. She has enjoyed the virtual meetings and participating in the competitions and feels she has learned a great deal from her membership and the critiques.
