Bio
Catherine Wang is an International award-winning photographer based in the DMV area, specializing in portrait, still life, architecture, and dance photography. Her work is also exhibit in many countries, including the UK, Switzerland, Canada, Germany and Japan.
With nine years of experience, Catherine has developed a unique style that blends contemporary aesthetics with classic techniques.
Catherine’s journey into photography began in 2016, when she got her first Nikon DSLR camera. Her skills took off in 2020 when COVID-19 started, allowing her to work remotely and giving her more time to dive into photography.
Her work has been featured in numerous magazines, including Photo Vogue and 1x.co.
When she is not behind the camera, Catherine enjoys reading, teaching photography workshops and mentoring aspiring photographers. She believes in the power of photography to tell stories and evoke emotions, and she is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of her craft.
