Long time NVPS supporter both as a program presenter and competition judge at numerous NVPS meetings Joseph Rossbach announced today on Facebook that his image, Lefferts Pond Reflections, has won Highly Honored Nature’s Best Windland Smith Rice International Awards in the Landscapes category. The image will be part of an exhibit in the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History in Washington DC in 2013. The winning images were selected from nearly 20,000 images from photographers in 46 countries.
