In the FROGS (Friends of Green Spring) first photography contest, Carla Steckley’s image “Lotus” receives a First Place and Ilenia Alvarez’s image “Pastime” receives a Second Place. And Patricia Deege’s image “Witch-Hazel” and Georgette Grossman’s image “Blossoming Japanese Apricot” receive an Honorable Mention. All of the winning images are on display at the Green Springs Gardens Horticulture Center from August 28 through October 16, 2022. The Green Springs Gardens is located at 4603 Green Spring Rd, Alexandria, VA 22312.
