We are excited to announce that Mid-Atlantic Photo Visions 2025 will take place at GMU Mason Square in Arlington, Virginia. Mark your calendar for Saturday-Sunday, November 1-2, 2025.


Mason Square features modern classrooms, a comfortable auditorium and a spacious vendor and exhibit hall. Conveniently located inside the Beltway, guests have the choice of basement parking ($10 – credit & debit cards only) or on-street parking, which is free on Sunday. Better yet, ride the Metro to the Virginia Square/GMU station on the Orange/Silver line.

- All Presentations Pass ($195): Attend in person all ten live presentations, which will also be recorded for your later viewing online. (Hands-on workshops, photo shoots and 1-on-1 sessions are not included.)
- Choice of 5 Presentations Pass ($145): Attend in person any five of the ten live presentations. No need to choose ahead of time. (Recordings, hands-on workshops, photo shoots and 1-on-1 sessions are not included.)
- Choice of 2 Presentations Pass ($75): Attend in person any of two of the ten live presentations. No need to choose ahead of time. (Recordings, hands-on workshops, photo shoots and 1-on-1 sessions are not included.)
- Single Presentation Pass ($45): Attend in person any one presentation. No need to choose ahead of time. (Recordings, Hands-On Workshops, Photo Shoots and 1-on-1s are not included.)
- Hands-on Workshops & Photo Shoots: Prices vary from $65 to $99. An individual pass is required for each session. Passes are sold first-come, first-served. (No speaker presentations or recordings are included.)
1-on-1 Instruction: A half-hour session is $75. A one-hour session is $100. Ten time slots are available. Click here and follow the instructions for 1-on-1 sessions to determine what instructors are available when. Depending on what you want kind of instruction or assistance you want, bring your portfolio or your gear or your laptop and software, (No speaker presentations or recordings are included.)
