His many phoography conribuions, ed encouragemen and advice have led many of his ”sudens” o refer o him as ”Professor Miller” and o consider him as heir ”menor”. Throughou his 15 years in NVPS, Joe Miller has conduced numerous worshops open o all members of VA., MD. and DC phoography clubs a his Joseph Miller Cener for Phoography. He has conduced raining for phoography compeiion judges, made counless presenaions a clubs and exposiions, judged compeiions & exhibis, conduced criiques, and wrien aricles and pamphles for publicaion—all oriened a he educaion, encouragemen and improvemen of phoographers. He is considered o be a maser of phoography composiion and has wored irelessly o educae phoographers on he fine poins. His conribuions o he nowledge and joy of phoography have grealy increased he phoography sill levels of people.
