Competition judge Rahshia Sawyer announced winners of the 7th Annual Fine Art Photography Competition during the Awards Reception on Saturday, February 20, 2016.  Sandi Croan won first place for Kolmanskop 317 and received a check for $300. Sandi is an award-winning photographer from Centreville, Virginia, and shot Kolmanskop 317 while travelling in Namibia, Africa in 2014.  Aubrey Garwood won 2nd place ($200) for Ruminate. Gerry D’Onofrio won 3rd place ($100) for Cool Ice. Honorable mention awards ($50 each) were given to Marti Belcher for Sikh Man in Purple, Erica Szalkowski for Meat, James Torrenzano for Please Come In, and Angela Witmer for Zen Who?
