5th Annual Maryland Natural Resource Magazine Photo Contest

Calling all photographers (amateurs, professionals and students alike):Enter your photos of Maryland's rich natural and recreational resources - water, wildlife, farms, fields, parks, forests and protected areas -- into the 2008 Maryland Natural Resource Photo Contest for a chance to win some terrific prizes! Sponsored by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, contest winners will have their photos published in The Maryland Natural Resource magazine as well as the 2009 Maryland Natural Resource Calendar.

The contest runs until September 5, 2008. Photo entries must be postmarked by September 5, 2008 to be considered. Entries postmarked after this time will be returned. Winners will be announced October 15, 2008 on the DNR website, www.dnr.maryland.gov and notified by mail that week.
