At the NVPS Board meeting on July 28, 2008, the board reviewed the annual dues structure. While dues have remained flat for at least the past 5 years, the costs of other items (including facility rental for the 4 monthly meetings, honoraria for judges, equipment maintenance, etc.) have gone up. The board has therefore decided that, starting in the 2008-2009 club year, our new annual dues structure will be:

Individual: $45 (increase of $5)
Family: $65 (increase of $10)
Student: $20 (increase of $5)
Rates drop to $22.50/$32.50/$10 after February 1st.

The board believes this still represents an excellent value for members. Members can attend 4 meetings per month, participate in 9 competitions per year (judged by respected and experienced photographers), attend programs delivered by professional photographers, participate in field trips to a variety of locations local and out-of-state, attend educational workshops, and much more.
