Competition Themes for 2010 - 2011 - Northern Virginia Photographic Society

Exact dates for each theme will be announced before the start of the 2010-2011 club year in September 2010.

October 19th, 2010 - Power of 3

Images containing three (3) of an object or subject.

Note: Image capture must have occurred after Oct 18th, 2008 to be eligible for this competition.

January 18th, 2011 - Through Doors, Out Windows

Images with a view through doors or windows, looking out or in. The window(s) or door(s) may be the subject themselves, or a framing device for some other scene.

Note: Image capture must have occurred after Jan 17th, 2009 to be eligible for this competition.

April 19th, 2011 - Old

Images which convey a feeling of great age. Recommendations: Images with a subject appears to be old, having lived or been around for a relatively long time. May be living or inanimate. (Members Choice Theme)
