The NVPS Executive Board has proposed a number of changes to the Rules of Competition for the 2009 - 2010 Club Year. There are two (2) types of changes proposed: changes to the language of the rules that simply standardize the words used throughout the document and clarifications to the interpretation of the rules. In keeping with the By-Laws of the organization, these changes must be announced in FotoFax, discussed at a general membership meeting and then voted on by the membership (a quorum is required to pass changes) at a subsequent meeting. The discussion will take place at the Program Meeting on May 5th and the changes will be voted upon at the Competition Meeting on May 19th.
