Great Smokey Mountains is renowned for its diversity of plant, animal life, and the beauty of ancient mountains. From black bears to salamanders, old-growth forests to spring wildflowers, log cabins to gristmills, Great Smokey Mountains National Park offers a myriad of opportunities for exploring and discovering both the natural and cultural history of these ancient mountains.
This year, however, some attractions are closed due to road constructions, such as, Cades Cove, Kingman's Dome, etc. Eight rooms are blocked at Econo Lodge Townsend for NVPS at discount rates (ref. # 89593955). Interested parties, please call (865) 488-9000 for reservations and more information.
